Mrs Clark said it was time to downsize, with their daughters, aged 19 and 21 years, about to leave home. She recently gave the Courier Mail an exclusive tour of the house-sized apartment, and the views did not disappoint. WOW: What we saw from the apartment during the Sunsuper Riverfire“I have just come back from working in the US and Riverfire, it is the prime time to show it off, to promote it,” she said.“What we have really loved about it was that it still feels connected to nature and the river.”The couple bought the spectacular, single floor in 2015 for $4.65 million, and added a few of their own touches, but Mrs Clark said it was otherwise “turnkey” ready.New Farm has one of Brisbane’s highest median sales prices, and property records show eight of the 10 other apartments within the Aquila complex have sold for more than $5 million, including one that sold for $6.5 million last year. The luxurious pad will hit the market next week, and will be listed with Place Bulimba agent Sarah Hackett.
