first_img Jane Krakowski Tapped for Merton of the Movies Tony winner Jane Krakowski will join the previously reported Jim Parsons in Merton of the Movies. The one-night-only reading of George S. Kaufman and Marc Connelly’s comedy will take place on December 1 at Studio 54. Directed by Scott Ellis, the cast of the Roundabout benefit event will also include Brooks Ashmanskas and Tracee Chimo. Peter Pan Live!’s Tinker Bell Secrets Revealed A reminder: The Making of Peter Pan Live!, a behind the scenes look at next week’s telecast of the classic tuner, is airing tonight, November 26, at 8/7 on NBC. EW reports that she’ll be computer generated and Variety writes that she can turn red when she’s angry or green when she’s jealous. Apparently the actors won’t be able to see her but we will. Honeymoon Joins Parade Lineup The Broadway company of Honeymoon in Vegas has joined the lineup of performances on NBC’s Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, November 27. As previously reported, the Great White Way will also be represented on the Peacock Network by Peter Pan Live!, If/Then’s Idina Menzel and shows including A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder, The Last Ship, On the Town and Finding Neverland. Speaking of Finding Neverland, its co-star Laura Michelle Kelly and composer Gary Barlow will also perform a selection from the musical on ABC’s GMA. Lady Wildcat Linksters Win Over Lady Spartans


first_imgThe Lady Cats finished their dual meet season with an 8-2 record by defeating the Connersville Spartans tonight. Junior, Maggie Brack, was medalist for the meet by shooting a 44.“The team was able to get another win tonight. The course we played was tough but we hung in there and turned in a respectable score. We will use tomorrow to prepare for our 2nd round of our conference tounament on Thursday and Sectionals on Saturday.” Wildcats Coach Marisa Mears.last_img

Carol Adele Jackson, 85


first_imgCarol Adele Jackson, 85 of Greensburg passed away on May 21, 2020. She was born on March 14, 1935 in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of James and Francis Petrie Crumbo.  Carol was a 1953 graduate of Glendale High School.  On May 21, 1973 she married George Jackson and on the day of her death they celebrated their 47 wedding anniversary.  Carol was a member of the Clarksburg Christian Church and the Loyal Circle.  She loved her family, flea markets, and traveling to the beach or Arizona.Survivors include: Husband, George Jackson; Children, Clifford Weir, Joseph Weir, George R. Jackson and Mario (Amy) Jackson; Step Children, Donna (Mark) Vise, Soloane (Kevin) Hofmann and Kristina (Barry) Zeidman. Several Grand and Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: Parents; Daughter, Deborah Weir; Sister, Rebecka Russell; and Brother, Jim Crumbo, Jr.A facebook live funeral will be held on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Jerran Jackson officiating.
